It is a hard decision and one that should always be made on the living rom floor first, ha ha In regards to the tiles you have, I would do the same pattern for above and below the decorative tile. The 1st picture with the bottom tiles on top of eachother does not go with the tiles above. I would chose the bottom pattern. All just my opinion though.
